She made everything feel much less overwhelming.One moment that really stood out was when we had narrowed our choice down to two homes. One was a 3200 sqft house with a huge yard, well above our budget. The other was a 2800 sqft home on a smaller lot, right at our budget, with a beautiful greenbelt view, high ceilings, and the big windows we always talked about. We were leaning toward the bigger home simply because of the yard, but Aarti kept us grounded. She reminded us of our original priorities, walked through the comps with us, and helped us see which home truly fit us better and made more sense financially in the long run. That guidance saved us money and led us to the home that checked all our boxes.She handled negotiations incredibly well. She helped us structure our offer, guided us on where there was room to negotiate, and communicated with the builder’s agent clearly and professionally.
