April lived in Avery Ranch for 21 years. For 12 of them, she served on its HOA board. That's the neighborhood group that sets the rules and runs the pools and parks.
That means she spent more than ten years answering the same questions buyers ask today. Which rules come with this house? Which pool can I use? Which school does this street go to?
